Steve Toloken sat down with Springboard CEO Doug Constable to discuss his career and the future of Springboard Manufacturing. Constable covers everything from the mentors and advice that shaped his career path, to his work on mergers and acquisitions with Springboard.
The best advice he ever got, he said, was to “Always think about the other guy.”
“I try hard to see the perspective of the person or group I am working with so that I can arrive at reasonable decisions that take all sides into account,” Constable said.
